You will be guided step-by-step through creative practices that you can follow from home with simple materials. This is not about technique, skill, or perfection. The creative process is used as a vessel for presence, calmness, expression, and self-connection. You do not need any artistic background to feel the benefits.

What time zone are the calls in? What if I cannot make it live?

What time zone are the calls in? What if I cannot make it live?

Live sessions are scheduled to accommodate time zones from Central European Time (CET) to Pacific Time (PT). The schedule is designed so you can attend regions if you are based within this timezone window. There may be occasional sessions that do not fit your time zone. How many hours per week should I devote?

How many hours per week should I devote?

The time commitment depends on the tier of membership you choose. The Atelier usually feels supportive at around 1 to 2 hours per week. The Muses usually feels supportive at around 2 to 4 hours per week. There is no falling behind. You engage at the pace that feels manageable for your life.

The Muses group is intentionally intimate with space for 12 women each season. If the season is full, the way to access future openings is by joining the Atelier, which also acts as the waitlist. Any open spots are announced to Atelier members 21 days before the next season begins.

Seasonal workshops are our deeper creative sessions that follow the turning of the Earth’s wheel. These workshops guide you into crafting, art-making, expression, and slow seasonal rituals. Upcoming workshops are outlined here.

This space is designed for people who are in a body that has or does carry a womb. Much of the language, symbolism, and cyclical practices are rooted in this experience.

Yes. Women of all sexual orientations are welcome.


Is this suitable for people with disabilities?

Is this suitable for people with disabilities?

This space may not be suitable for individuals with hearing disabilities because many practices rely on voice-guided facilitation.For physical disabilities, some components may be challenging if you decide to join one of the in-person Gatherings, however most of the online sessions happen seated. If you have specific access needs, please reach out by email so we can support you and offer clarity.

No. You do not need to be either. The space is grounded in creativity, self-connection, seasonal living, and nervous system support. Everything is designed to be accessible for beginners.

The Atelier can be cancelled at any time. The Muses is a seasonal commitment, and your membership lasts for the duration of the season, which is 3 months from Equinox-Solstice, Solstice-Equinox. This protects the container and supports depth and trust.

Because of the digital nature of the content and the intimate size of the community, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel future billing within the terms of your membership.
